Make every minute measurable

TaskTap is the focus tracker that turns any activity into a visual productivity system — with real-time color feedback that shows you exactly where you stand.

Real-Time Color Feedback

Your tile changes color instantly based on your pace — on track, falling behind, or time to rally. You pick the colors that work for you. No abstract charts or graphs — just immediate, visual feedback that keeps you locked in.

Custom Time Blocks

Create a time block for anything — deep work, study sessions, workout reps, client calls. Set your tasks-per-hour goal, pick your colors, and tap your way through it. Every block is built around how you actually work.

Save and Reuse Blocks

Found a time block setup that works? Save it and load it up anytime. Build a library of your go-to blocks for different activities so you can start a focused session in seconds, not minutes.

Performance Analytics

Track your productivity over time with clear performance data. See which activities you crush, where you lose focus, and how your output trends across days and weeks. Real numbers, not guesswork.

Built-in To-Do List

Keep your tasks and your time blocks in the same app. Add your to-do items, assign them to time blocks, and check them off as you go. No switching between a task manager and a timer.

Focus Music Integration

Connect Spotify, Apple Music, or Pandora and play focus music right inside TaskTap. Pick your playlist, start your block, and get in the zone — all without leaving the app.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about TaskTap.

How much does TaskTap cost?
TaskTap Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription, with a 7-day free trial included. All features — time blocks, color feedback, analytics, to-do list, and focus music — are included in your subscription.
What devices does TaskTap work on?
TaskTap is currently available on iPhone through the Apple App Store. Android support is on the roadmap.
Is TaskTap good for people with ADHD?
TaskTap was built with direct input from people with ADHD — because traditional productivity apps don't work for distracted minds. No checklists, no complex interfaces — just tap when you finish a task. The instant color feedback and simple tap-to-track system make focus visible and tactile, which is exactly what ADHD brains need to stay on track.
How does the color feedback work?
Set a tasks-per-hour goal for any time block. Every time you tap to log a completed task, your tile updates its color based on your pace — one color when you're hitting your goal, another when you're falling behind, and a third when it's time to refocus. You choose the colors that work for you.
Can I use TaskTap for things other than work?
Absolutely. Anything you can count, TaskTap can track — study sessions, workout reps, client calls, personal goals, household tasks. If it has a pace, you can build a time block for it.
How is TaskTap different from a regular timer app?
Timer apps tell you how long you've been working. TaskTap tells you how productively you've been working. The difference is real-time feedback on your output, not just your time. You always know if you're ahead, behind, or right on pace.
Who made TaskTap?
TaskTap was built by Fablware, an independent app studio in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was born out of personal frustration — the founder's family deals with ADHD, and no existing productivity app made focus feel visible or achievable. TaskTap is the tool they built for themselves.
