Fablware, LLC ("Fablware," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates mobile applications and related services, including but not limited to TaskTap, Dancify, Joltd, and all future apps published under the Fablware, LLC or JBLabs, LLC developer accounts (collectively, the "Apps" or "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use any of our Apps or otherwise communicate with us.

• Contact details including your name and email address, collected when you create an account or sign in via Apple or Google.
• Account information including your user ID, display name, profile photo, preferences, and settings.
• User-generated content including photos, tasks, notes, workout data, dance schedules, and any other content you create or upload within the Apps.
• Purchase information including in-app subscription and purchase records, processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details directly.
• Device information including your device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage and performance data including how you interact with our Apps, crash logs, and diagnostic information collected via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
• Authentication data including tokens from Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In used to verify your identity. Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is handled entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us.

How We Collect Your Information

• Directly from you when you create an account, use our Apps, or contact us for support.
• Automatically through Firebase services as you use our Apps, including usage patterns, crash reports, and performance metrics.
• From third-party services including Apple (Sign in with Apple), Google (Google Sign-In), and RevenueCat (in-app purchases), in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our Apps. We use your information to operate our Apps, sync your data across devices, personalize your experience, and improve app performance.
• Account management. We use your contact details and account information to authenticate you, manage your account, and send important notices related to your account or our Apps.
• In-app purchases. We use purchase information to unlock features and manage your subscription status.
• Crash and performance monitoring. We use diagnostic data to identify and fix bugs and improve app stability.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including the use of encryption and secure cloud infrastructure through Google Firebase. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
