5.1 Retention Periods

  • Payment Information: Transaction records retained for 7 years for tax and financial compliance.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8.2 Parental Rights

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Parents have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's personal information.

8.3 Users 13–17

For users between 13 and 17, we require parental consent as outlined in our Terms of Service. Parents may request to review or delete their minor child's information by contacting us.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
